Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Act as store lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain inventory movement updates and customer trend reporting.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service in accordance with manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
