Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management experience or 6 months with Windsor.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible, reliable schedule with ability to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key member of the sales-directing team.
