Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time Windsor Manager in Training in Melbourne, FL. You will work as an Assistant Manager while taking courses and gaining hands-on experience to advance to a keyed position.

You will support the team to drive store productivity, coaching staff and maintaining Windsor standards. You will lead by example, ensure service quality, operate daily store routines, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor.
• Proven leadership to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall store productivity (sales, shrink, payroll, expenses).
• Coach and motivate a high performing team of Stylists.
• Partner with Store Manager to supervise training and store operations.
• Maintain Windsor Visual Guidelines and execute Merchandising Directive.
• Uphold Windsor values and promote respectful culture.
