Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Part Time Manager in Training to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, coach a team of stylists, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing, training and store performance.

You will uphold Windsor's merchandising directives, maintain a neat store, and promote a culture of respect and growth. This role offers development opportunities and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months Windsor experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to develop a team of up to 25.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage store operations, payroll, expenses and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a member of the sales-directing team and deliver an omni channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in talent recruitment and onboarding to improve retention.
• Own the sales floor and supervise daily operations to maintain Windsor standards.
• Lead and coach stylists, provide feedback, recognition and training through company tools.
