Job summary

rocketcareersite is looking for a Manager-In-Training to join as a full-time employee in Missouri. The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager and will learn to manage, direct, and supervise daily store operations.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing the team, maintaining a customer-friendly environment, and preparing for a Store Manager position after training. Strong English communication and a valid US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as supervisor or manager in retail or fast-food environments.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, sometimes 30 minutes of workday.
• Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities
