Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in retail management or operations.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• Lead and develop store team members through coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and merchandising.
• Drive sales with optimized merchandising and upselling.
