Qualifications

• Three years of management experience in fast-paced, ag-related retail setting.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate professionally with managers, staff, customers, vendors, and the public.
• Ability to make decisions and execute them according to policy.
• Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the store.
• Ability to determine task priority based on level of importance.

A person in this position is accountable for store performance and operations with the utmost concentration and dedication and must be well versed in the standard operating procedures of the company.

Job Summary:

ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES:
