Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a Retail Experience Manager (RXM) to lead our store floor, coach Outfitters, and deliver a premium customer experience. You’ll mentor a high-energy team, drive performance, and ensure seamless daily operations that keep customers coming back.

As RXM, you’ll recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff; set expectations; provide real-time feedback; and champion Fleet Feet events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, with a strong background in customer-facing sales environments.
• A role model in delivering exceptional service with energy and empathy.
• Strong coaching, communication, and delegation skills.
• Comfortable managing inventory, schedules, and retail operations.
• Eager to develop yourself and others in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
• Takes ownership of the team’s performance and the store’s results.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 25–50 lbs and being on your feet in a retail setting.

• Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach efforts.

Overview
