Job summary

Fleet Feet in Monterey, CA is seeking an outfitter to deliver personalized service, fit footwear and gear, and create a welcoming in-store experience. You will build relationships with customers and teammates, stay updated on product features, and support events that build community.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, are flexible to work various hours including holidays, and can lift up to 25 lbs in a retail setting. Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish or German a plus.
