The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. They will manage the inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are well-organized for easy access by customers. Additionally, the Retail Manager will be responsible for training and developing the staff, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include coordinating and implementing promotional activities, such as in-store displays, special offers, and seasonal events, to attract and retain customers. The Retail Manager will handle customer complaints professionally and effectively, working to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
