Shore Shot Pistol Range in Lakewood, NJ, is seeking an experienced Retail & Range Manager to lead our retail store and shooting range operations. This role combines hands-on leadership with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced firearms environment.

You will manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, enforce safety and compliance, and drive sales through training, scheduling, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications

Shore Shot Pistol Range is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Manager to help lead our retail store and shooting range operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage employees, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, and take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is organized, responsible, comfortable making decisions, and able to keep the team productive and the business running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail and shooting range operations
