You will manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, enforce safety and compliance, and drive sales through training, scheduling, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Comfortable holding staff to standards and procedures.
• Experience in busy retail environments is a plus.
