Job summary

Cargo Largo is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 16+ person team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive store results, model exceptional service, and create compelling in-store displays in collaboration with your associates.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for retail, and willingness to work nights and weekends in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 16+ associates.
• Thrives in high-volume environments.
• Hands on experience with a variety of Hardware and Electronics items.
• Love of retail; nights and weekends are essential.

Pay Rate:$60k and up plus bonus

Requirements to qualify:

• Proven track record of thriving in high-volume traffic environments
• Hands on experience with a variety of Hardware and Electronics items
• Love of retail! Reasonable number of nights and weekends essential

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).
