Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to advance in their careers.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Direct and supervise staff to ensure good customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Receive on-the-job training and transition into Store Manager role.
