Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon.
• Lead by example in all company operations.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to Team Members.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue.
• Help maintain proper staffing levels.
