7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Mentor, OH. This role supports the Store Leader with daily oversight of staff, training, and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs; manage cash handling and loyalty promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff to deliver excellent customer service daily.

• Assist in merchandising and promotional programs across the store.
