Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service according to manuals.
• Provide extraordinary service and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; flag potential fraud risk.
