Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and executing action plans.
• Manage in-store operations such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department tasks meet standards and deadlines.
• Maintain inventory movement awareness and respond to customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service in line with policy manuals.
• Perform general administrative duties and understand Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote services and merchandise and uphold all company policies.
