Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12-week summer program in our Plano, TX stores, offering hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations as well as meaningful customer experiences.

Participants gain insight into a career in outside sales by shadowing a Sales Representative, working with the management team, and completing a group project with leadership support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a retail store environment.
• Gain hands-on experience in management, sales, and store operations.
• Complete a project addressing critical business issues with peers and leadership.
