Job summary

The Exchange at Fort Benning is offering a Management track role designed to grow with on-the-job training under an experienced manager. You will support daily retail operations, learn supervision, merchandising, staffing, and training while building financial and business acumen essential to running a successful facility.

Selected candidates will engage in structured development, relocate as needed within the Eastern Region, and position themselves for a permanent retail management role.

• Mobility required; relocation to any Exchange location within Eastern Region.
• Selected associates must affirm mobility and be available for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the daily operation of a retail facility to ensure compliance with Exchange policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Participates in structured training activities to develop operational, leadership, and supervisory competencies.
• Supports customer service operations by promoting service standards and assisting in the resolution of customer concerns.
• Assists with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales performance, supporting inventory control, cash handling, and expense management.
• collaborates with the Exchange leadership to identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while acquiring the knowledge and skills required for placement into a permanent retail management position.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• Mobility Required - Upon successful completion of Acclimation/Development Program candidates will be required to relocate to any Exchange location within Eastern Region.
• Eligible candidates may receive Relocation Benefits for post program placement.

$54,533.00
