Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Motivate and manage a store team and analyze business performance.
• Understand how operational and strategic decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results.
• Support a range of operational activities including merchandising, inventory, and stocking.
