CVS Health is offering a paid Retail Management Internship in New York for 10 weeks, designed for college students to gain hands-on leadership and store operations experience.

As a Retail Management Intern, you will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, deliver a business-focused project, and present findings to leadership, while supporting merchandise handling, inventory, and customer service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.
