Love's Travel Stops offers an 11-week Retail Management Internship with hands-on experience in managing high-volume travel centers, food service, and truck care. Interns work alongside experienced leaders to learn operations, team management, and customer service, helping drivers and travelers get back on the road quickly.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program, pursuing a degree in business, management, hospitality, or related field.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; additional screenings may include motor vehicle check or DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care.
• Develop business acumen for driving sales, managing costs, and profitability.
• Learn team leadership, staffing, and employee development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and standards.
• Understand and help enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Collaborate on cross-functional project with interns and leaders.
