Love's Travel Stops in the United States offers an 11-week Retail Management Internship providing hands-on experience in managing high-volume travel centers including food service and truck care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program in business, management, hospitality or related field.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
• Develop business acumen by learning how to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
• Learn team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
• Gain experience delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
