Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with no prior experience required.
• Interest in retail management and teamwork is a plus.
• Customer service and sales aptitude emphasized for guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store merchandise and assist guests in finding items.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and routine store maintenance.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and follow POS procedures.
• Support management in achieving sales and guest experience goals.
• Develop product knowledge and contribute to the Sales Presentation Guide.
