Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in the New York area. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership skills and gaining exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree (associate or bachelor) between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Motivate and manage a store team, analyze business performance, and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.

Education

Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor7s degree program

Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028
