LOFT in Columbia, MD is offering a Retail Management Intern Program for juniors, seniors, and recent grads. You will work 20–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule, gaining hands-on leadership experience across client service, store operations, and merchandising.

You will learn from top store leaders while supporting daily tasks and the customer experience. As an Acting Sales Lead, you’ll help drive results, mentor associates, and partner with store leaders to create a great place to work

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college junior, senior or recent graduate.
• Part-time internship with 20–25 hours/week and flexible schedule.
• Openness to leadership development and retail operations exposure.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in store operations.
• Drive revenue by improving the client experience and store metrics.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of hourly associates.
• Demonstrate leadership by acting as Sales Lead and MOD when needed.
• Assist with merchandising, SOP adherence, and daily tasks to keep store running smoothly.
