Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program pursuing a related degree.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks (DOT may apply).
• Interest in retail, hospitality, or management with practical, hands-on learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
• Develop business acumen by learning how to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
• Learn team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
