Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support daily store operations and guest service in our Lancaster, OH location.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail approach, from sales generation to merchandising and loyalty-building activities. Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking and visual presentation, operating POS, and participating in leadership development during the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; meet or exceed sales goals.
• Assist with cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and routine store operations.
• Support store management in training, recruiting, and leadership development.
• Maintain knowledge of Buckle's policies, promotions, and loss prevention practices.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
