Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Sales and Management Intern to learn how Buckle’s retail operation delivers an exceptional Guest experience.

You will participate in sales, merchandising and store operations under supervision, helping with cashiering, displays, and routine tasks to support a smooth shopping environment. Work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s business, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Assist guests with locating or selecting merchandise based on needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and return policies.
• Operate cash registers and handle POS procedures.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, and price markdowns.
