Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Maintenance Service Professional to perform minor equipment repairs and preventive maintenance at big box retailers and other facilities. You will drive a company vehicle to sites within a reasonable radius and execute routine maintenance and light construction tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include documenting work in the technology platform, coordinating with partners, and maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Willing to obtain EPA 608 certification and refrigerant removal responsibilities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Medium proficiency with Tablets / Smartphone / Laptop
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform light industrial equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Document all work using the company technology platform, including labor and parts.
• Maintain parts inventory and prep stock for replenishment.
• Travel between store locations within a reasonable radius; some overnight travel possible.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies; ensure proper safety practices.
