The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Loss Prevention team member to handle daily loss-prevention tasks, maintain positive relations with store management, and conduct apprehensions within policy.

You will communicate with associates on shrink initiatives and help identify and resolve internal and external theft. You will adhere to guidelines, provide courteous service to customers, and support safety and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Excellent communication skills with sound judgment.
• Basic computer and time-management skills.
• Investigative/analytical abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provides timely, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Observes and deters acts of dishonesty from external sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Ensures apprehensions align with store theft activity.
• Completes and distributes paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintains evidence and participates in law enforcement activities as needed.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Encourages Associate use of shrink reduction resources.
• Promotes safety awareness and a safe environment.
