Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and deters dishonest acts; participates in investigations.
• Completes paperwork accurately and on time.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and maintains safety awareness.
