Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to safeguard a retail location in Barboursville, WV. You will monitor CCTV, confront shoplifters, and write detailed client reports while coordinating with local law enforcement.

Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and security experience are essential. A HS diploma or GED, background check, and a valid driver's license are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED.
• Must have 1 year of security experience and 1 year of customer service experience.
• All security and customer service experience should be listed on your resume.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras for potential shoplifters and deter theft.
• Confront and stop potential shoplifters when necessary.
• Write detailed reports for the client on shop lifting incidents.
• Testify in court for shop lifting incidents when required.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with staff and customers.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend shoplifters.
