The role requires at least 2 years in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate a computer or tablet. A guard card or license is preferred, and background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, including sales floors and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access, theft, and policy violations.
• Report incidents and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
