Job summary

Continental Secret Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to protect assets at a retail location. You will monitor CCTV, confront potential shoplifters, and write detailed incident reports.

You must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, have a valid driver's license, a HS diploma or GED, and strong customer service and communication skills. Shift is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00–19:00, with benefits including medical, dental, life, and vision

• Security experience and strong customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV for shoplifting.
• Confront and stop potential shoplifters.
• Write detailed reports for the client on incidents.
• Testify in court when required.
• Network with local law enforcement to deter and apprehend shoplifters.
