Marshalls is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support store safety programs and deter theft at the Boardman OH location. You will work closely with store management and associates to address shrink initiatives and ensure a secure shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of retail or security experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing directions. This role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities within the TJX family.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with store management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
