• Maintains relationships with store management.
• Communicates with associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends and deters acts of dishonesty.
• Coordinates shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
