Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters dishonest acts from outside sources.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates and completes shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintains evidence and adheres to law enforcement procedures as needed.
