Job summary

TJX Companies seeks a Store Loss Prevention associate for our USA HomeGoods store in Waltham. You will support daily loss prevention tasks, maintain positive relationships with store management, and communicate with associates on shrink initiatives.

Responsibilities include apprehensions within policy, investigations, and paperwork accuracy, while promoting safety and confidentiality. 0–2 years retail or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management and communicates with Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Adheres to shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Coordinates shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Completes and distributes paperwork accurately and timely.
• Supports safety and compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
