Job summary

TJX Companies’ HomeGoods store is seeking a Store Loss Prevention team member in Massachusetts. You will complete daily loss prevention tasks, support safety programs, and build positive relationships with store management.

You’ll detect and deter theft, handle damage and shrink initiatives, and participate in investigations as needed to ensure a safe, honest shopping environment. You’ll need strong communication, basic computer and time-management skills, plus investigative/analytical

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.

• 1–2 years of retail or security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Participates in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Coordinates shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures paperwork is accurate and timely; maintains evidence per procedures.
