Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls is seeking a Store Loss Prevention Associate in Swampscott, MA. You will complete daily tasks for loss prevention and safety, maintain relations with store management, and participate in shrink reduction initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, investigative/analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 0–2 years of retail or security experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
