Responsibilities

• Create partnerships with store, law enforcement, and local network groups.
• Monitor activities to prevent theft and recover merchandise via customer service.
• Conduct surveillance of external theft using CCTV equipment.
• Assist in internal theft investigations in line with guidelines.
• Maintain external and internal theft case records per Kohl’s standards.
• Represent Kohl’s in legal proceedings as needed.
• Inform management of shortage-control opportunities.
• Monitor store alarm and EAS systems.
• Support loss prevention awareness in-store.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
