Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to support store safety programs and deter theft at our Charleston location. You will work with store management to implement shrink reduction initiatives, complete investigations, and communicate effectively with associates.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within policies and guidelines.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Maintains evidence and participates in law enforcement activities as needed.
