Marshalls in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Store Loss Prevention professional to safeguard assets and support store operations. You will adjudicate incidents, coordinate with management, and participate in investigations and shrink reduction initiatives.

• Completes daily loss prevention tasks and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conducts apprehensions within policies and guidelines.
• Communicates with associates on shrink initiatives and damage control.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes and deters dishonesty from outside sources.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
