Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail fulfillment, replenishment, stocking, merchandising, distribution experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lb, and climb ladders as needed.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and label stock in the back room for easy restocking.
• Unbox, tag, and display merchandise on the sales floor.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.
• Handle returns and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Provide feedback on merchandising opportunities to the Operations Manager.
