Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Oakland, CA to support operations and guest service. You will handle receiving and unpacking shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine store cleaning as part of daily duties.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle freight paperwork, and collaboration with store management to ensure a high standard of presentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift and maneuver 50 lbs throughout store and backroom.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips; process transfers through the register.
