Job summary

Jobtailor in Ohio seeks a detail-oriented Loan Review Specialist to evaluate consumer loan applications for qualification and documentation accuracy. You will help uphold service standards, security protocols, and top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include VIN verification against state records, processing TMS transactions, underwriting, and preparing extension/modification forms. You will conduct lender reviews, maintain confidentiality, and participate in trainings and compliance

• Prepare extension and modification forms as necessary.
• Perform 2nd lender review of declined loans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customers’ personal and financial information.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
• Comply and satisfactorily pass tests for bank policy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License.
