Meridian Capital Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support its Retail Leasing division. This role involves market research, outreach, and organizing prospect information while working with a senior Broker and team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, is comfortable with outbound calls, and is eager to learn about commercial real estate. Bachelor's degree preferred; Excel and computer systems are used daily.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer systems.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Previous real estate, sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential retail leasing opportunities and help build prospect lists.
• Research properties, businesses, landlords, tenants, and other prospects using CoStar and other databases.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients for the Broker and team.
• Introduce the Broker and team to prospective landlords, tenants, and contacts.
• Maintain accurate prospect information and outreach activity.
• Assist with scheduling calls and meetings for the Broker and team.
• Monitor listings, availabilities, lease expirations, and market activity for opportunities.
• Prioritize outreach and coordinate follow-up with the team.
• Assist with other research and business development projects.
