Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-job training for new hires and current staff.
• Develop and execute training plans aligned with operational needs.
• Administer competency assessments and track progress.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify training gaps.
• Support multiple sites, including evenings/weekends as required.
